About Me

I am a Florida native whose passion is to help people live their best life. My practice focuses on stress, anxiety, and depression in all of their various forms and I specialize in working with people struggling to cope with changes happening in their life. I also have special interest in working with military service members, veterans, and their families. I am available in my Longwood office and, for convenience, I offer telehealth services through Doxy.me.

I graduated from Auburn University with a doctorate in Counseling Psychology and I hold a BA in Psychology from the University of South Florida in Tampa. I have had the privilege of working with clients in acute care hospitals, VA facilities, college counseling centers, and have been in private practice for 5 years. I have dedicated my life to serving the people in my community and my desire is to improve my clients lives every day.I am excited to bring my expertise to the Longwood community and am ready to help you start living your best life.
